Working with Eric Welch has been very a good experience, he's very professional with form and setting up goals for the workout and diet, emphasizing in rest and recovery time. I suffer from three surgeries on my legs that left edema, neuropathy, and chronic pain. I feel very secure working with Coach Welch.
